Reassurance

This photo was taken just minutes ago by a good friend at the coffee shop, and upon viewing it, I am reassured that due to the uncanny resemblance to my father, I am in fact NOT adopted.

Phew. That's been bugging me for years.

Pray and the heathen lie will disappear

I could only take so much Bush last night (a recurring theme in my life, admittedly), so I ended up putting in the Bowie Reality Tour Live DVD for the, oh, 7 millionth time.

The highlight on a disc full of highlights (HELLO, IT'S BOWIE) has to be the new, stripped down arrangement of "Loving the Alien", an excellent song trapped on a dud of an album. It's too beautiful and dark to be left on a DVD where most will never hear it, so I'm solving this problem right now:
